Biggest risk

Q2 revenue rose to $228.8 million, but costs exceeded revenue, producing an $8.5 million gross loss and $92.3 million net loss; management cited electricity and depreciation among cost pressures [#PR-2026-08-10]. New A901 and A103 capacity lacks offtake, while construction and financing needs create execution and dilution or leverage risk [#PR-2026-10-08][#PR-2026-10-12]. Q2 company results.

What would change my mind?

Secured AI Cloud sites and the contracted Tydal lease provide identifiable delivery milestones. A201 offtake offers a nearer-term test of whether capacity can become revenue. These developments improve the opportunity set, not current profitability [#PR-2026-10-12][#PR-2026-09-29][#PR-2026-08-04].

Commentary

October company releases expanded secured AI Cloud site capacity, but BTDR's $7.72 October 16 anchor is below the $9.27 October 12 close; this comparison does not establish that the A103 announcement caused the decline. Q2 results were loss-making despite revenue growth. Dependable post-announcement analyst revisions and measured social, options, short-interest and employee sentiment are unavailable; zero fields are placeholders, not readings. The deterministic prior is negative with high uncertainty and low evidence quality, supporting cautious monitoring rather than a bullish upgrade.
