Last updated March 7, 2026. By accessing or using RankAlpha's website, data, APIs, or any related services collectively, the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

You may use the Services for personal or internal research and informational purposes only. Commercial redistribution, sublicensing, or creating derivative products is not allowed without our prior written consent.

Use the data. Don't resell the data. Always credit RankAlpha when required.

RankAlpha aggregates and models third-party and public data. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose. The Services are provided as is and as available.

Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software are the property of RankAlpha or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain no ownership rights in our content or software.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankAlpha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the last 12 months.
