Foremost Clean Energy Advances CLK Uranium Property With Results of MobileMT and Ambient Noise Tomography Surveys Following up Historic High-Grade Showing

(NASDAQ: FMST) (CSE: FAT) (“Foremost” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the results of a previously completed 2025 helicopter-borne MobileMT electromagnetic and magnetic survey at its 25,753-acre CLK Uranium Property (“CLK” or the “Property”), located in the northern Athabasca Basin region of Saskatchewan. The survey was conducted by Expert Geophysics Surveys Inc. and was designed to map both conductive and resistive anomalies as well as magnetic susceptibility to interpret structure, and alteration zones associated with unconformity-style uranium mineralization. Following the MobileMT survey, the Company engaged Caur Technologies Inc. to conduct an ambient noise tomography (“ANT”) survey to further refine targeting at CLK. The survey was completed in fall 2025 and the final velocity model has been received. Integration of the ANT and MobileMT datasets is now underway to define high-priority drill targets near CLG-D1, a historical drill hole that intersected 8,600 ppm U1 (approx. 1.01% U3O8) from visible pitchblende stringers just below the unconformity. CLK Uranium Property Compilation Map Mobile MT Survey Results The MobileMT survey successfully mapped a complex conductive and resistive architecture across CLK, from surface through the Athabasca sandstone and into the underlying basement (see Figure 1). Conductive responses identified through imaging within the sandstone sequence are interpreted to be associated with the Wolverine Point Formation, a known conductive unit that can obscure deeper geophysical signals. Importantly, the MobileMT system demonstrated the ability to effectively “see through” this conductive horizon, enabling the identification of deeper conductive features that may represent graphitic basement structures and associated alteration systems prospective for unconformity-related uranium mineralization. Interpretation of the frequency-dependent data highlights conductive anomalies in the 338–675 Hz range that define coherent trends within a prominent magnetic low corridor that hosts historic drilling. CLG-D1 is spatially associated with this conductive trend. CLG-D5, although not directly coincident with a modeled conductor, returned elevated uranium values and hydrothermal alteration at the unconformity. This supports the interpretation of the magnetic low as a potential fluid pathway. Outside of this corridor, conductive features are observed to locally cross-cut magnetic boundaries, suggesting a structurally complex system where conductivity is not solely controlled by magnetic domains. These results provided a strong basis for the design of the follow-up ANT survey, which was oriented to cover the historic drill holes and further refine the structural framework along this prospective trend. Next Steps With the completion of the ANT survey and receipt of the final three-dimensional seismic velocity model, the Company is currently integrating these results with the MobileMT dataset to refine the structural and geological framework at the CLK Property. This integrated interpretation is expected to support the definition of high-priority drill targets, particularly in the vicinity of the historic high-grade intersection at CLG-D1 and along prospective structural trends identified in the geophysical data. The CLK Property is fully permitted for a multi-phase exploration program, including up to 30 diamond drill holes, providing the Company with flexibility to systematically advance priority targets through future exploration programs. Together, these datasets provide a more comprehensive understanding of gold distribution along the Valkyrie Trend, which has now been traced over approximately 600 metres of strike length. This updated interpretation will be used to refine geological and structural models, with a focus on: Defining mineralized envelopes within the historically drilled corridor; Targeting higher-grade zones hosted within broader low-grade envelopes; Prioritizing follow-up drill holes to test continuity along strike and at depth. The integration of resampled intervals with 2025 drill results will assist with next phase of exploration, which is expected to include both step-out and infill drilling aimed at expanding the mineralized footprint and advancing the Valkyrie Trend. Sampling, Analytical Methods and QA/QC All drill core samples from the Jean Lake gold drilling program were collected as NQ-sized core. In zones of visible quartz-veining, sericite alteration, and arsenopyrite mineralization, samples were typically taken at 50 cm intervals. Outside of these zones, holes were continuously sampled at 1.5 m intervals. All core was sawn longitudinally, with one half retained on site for reference and the other half submitted for analysis. Samples were shipped to SGS Canada Inc., Burnaby, British Columbia, for sample preparation and analysis. At SGS, samples were dried at 105°C, crushed to 75% passing 2 mm, and pulverized to 85% passing 75 microns (method PRP89). Gold analyses were performed by 30 g Fire Assay with Atomic Absorption Spectrometry finish (method GE_FAA30V5) with a detection range of 5–10,000 ppb Au. Samples returning values above the upper detection limit were re-assayed by 30 g Fire Assay with Gravimetric finish (method GO_FAG30V) with a reporting range of 0.5–10,000 ppm Au. Multi-element geochemical analyses were completed using the 57-element sodium peroxide fusion ICP-AES/ICP-MS package (method GE_ICM91A50), which provides detection limits suitable for trace-level pathfinder elements such as As, Sb, and W relevant to gold mineralization. Analytical work was performed at SGS’s ISO/IEC 17025-accredited facilities, which operate under strict internal QA/QC protocols. Quality control procedures at SGS include the routine insertion of blanks, certified reference materials (standards), and duplicates at a minimum frequency of 11–12% of all analyses, depending on method and grade classification. Laboratory quality is monitored through SGS’s SLIM Laboratory Information Management System, which automatically flags data exceeding internal precision or accuracy thresholds and triggers reanalysis when necessary. Foremost’s internal QA/QC protocol includes the insertion of field duplicates, certified standards, and blanks into the sample stream at regular intervals to independently monitor analytical precision and contamination. All reported intervals represent downhole lengths, and true thicknesses have not yet been determined. Gold mineralization has now been identified over approximately 600 metres of strike length (Figure 2). Gold mineralization is interpreted to be primarily hosted within a steeply dipping shear zone characterized by quartz veining and sericite alteration. Mineralized intercepts are characterized by broad (~5-7m) 1–3 g/t Au mineralized envelopes hosting higher-grade zones exceeding 20–80 g/t Au. Multiple drill fences between 2023 and 2025 on and adjacent to the Valkyrie Trend illustrate a robust gold system that remains open along strike and at depth. Next Steps Building on the identification of mineralization across roughly 600 metres of strike length along the Valkyrie Trend, the Company intends to advance a focused follow-up program. This program will include step-out and infill drilling to test strike extensions beyond the currently defined limits and to target higher-grade zones within the broader mineralized corridor. Work will also continue to evaluate structural controls and lithological influences on gold distribution in order to refine drill targeting and guide the next phase of exploration. Sampling, Analytical Methods and QA/QC All drill core samples from the Jean Lake gold drilling program were collected as NQ-sized core. In zones of visible quartz-veining, sericite alteration, and arsenopyrite mineralization, samples were typically taken at 50 cm intervals. Outside of these zones, holes were continuously sampled at 1.5 m intervals. All core was sawn longitudinally, with one half retained on site for reference and the other half submitted for analysis. Samples were shipped to SGS Canada Inc., Burnaby, British Columbia, for sample preparation and analysis. At SGS, samples were dried at 105°C, crushed to 75% passing 2 mm, and pulverized to 85% passing 75 microns (method PRP89). Gold analyses were performed by 30 g Fire Assay with Atomic Absorption Spectrometry finish (method GE_FAA30V5) with a detection range of 5–10,000 ppb Au. Samples returning values above the upper detection limit were re-assayed by 30 g Fire Assay with Gravimetric finish (method GO_FAG30V) with a reporting range of 0.5–10,000 ppm Au. Multi-element geochemical analyses were completed using the 57-element sodium peroxide fusion ICP-AES/ICP-MS package (method GE_ICM91A50), which provides detection limits suitable for trace-level pathfinder elements such as As, Sb, and W relevant to gold mineralization. Analytical work was performed at SGS’s ISO/IEC 17025-accredited facilities, which operate under strict internal QA/QC protocols. Quality control procedures at SGS include the routine insertion of blanks, certified reference materials (standards), and duplicates at a minimum frequency of 11–12% of all analyses, depending on method and grade classification. Laboratory quality is monitored through SGS’s SLIM Laboratory Information Management System, which automatically flags data exceeding internal precision or accuracy thresholds and triggers reanalysis when necessary. Foremost’s internal QA/QC protocol includes the insertion of field duplicates, certified standards, and blanks into the sample stream at regular intervals to independently monitor analytical precision and contamination. A total of six high-priority 2023 drillholes along the Valkyrie Trend were selected for re-sampling in 2025 (Figure 1). These include hole FM23-08, which previously returned 102 g/t Au over 0.5 m, within 7.50 g/t Au over 7.66 m (see news release June 06, 2023). In addition, one drillhole from the Midas Trend, FM23-25, is being re-sampled (Figure 1). Historical highlights from FM23-25 include 6.86 g/t Au over 0.54 m, within 2.07 g/t Au over 3.49 m (see news release June 06, 2023). Sampling, Analytical Methods and QA/QC Drill core samples were collected from pegmatite dykes intersected during the drilling program. All samples consisted of NQ-sized diamond drill core. Sampling intervals were selected based on geological logging, with continuous sampling through pegmatite intervals and adjacent wall rock. Sample lengths typically ranged from 0.5 m to 1.0 m, depending on lithological boundaries and internal zoning within the pegmatite. All drill core was cut longitudinally using a diamond saw, with one half retained on site for reference and future verification and the remaining half submitted for geochemical analysis. Samples were securely packaged, labelled, and shipped under chain of custody to SGS Canada Inc.’s geochemistry laboratory in Burnaby, British Columbia, for sample preparation and primary analysis. At SGS, samples were dried at 105°C, crushed to 75% passing 2 mm, and a 250 g split was pulverized to 85% passing 75 microns using standard industry procedures (method PRP89). Lithium analyses were performed using sodium peroxide fusion followed by ICP-AES determination (method GC_ICP92A50), which is suitable for lithium-bearing silicate matrices such as LCT-type pegmatites and provides a reporting limit of 0.001% Li. This method is designed to ensure complete dissolution of refractory lithium minerals and accurate quantification across a wide concentration range. All analytical work was carried out at SGS laboratories operating under ISO/IEC 17025-accredited quality management systems. SGS laboratories employ method-specific internal quality control protocols that include the routine insertion of preparation blanks, certified reference materials, duplicates, and pulp replicates. These controls are monitored through SGS’s Laboratory Information Management System, which automatically flags results that fall outside predefined accuracy or precision thresholds and initiates reanalysis when required. In addition to laboratory QA/QC procedures, Foremost Clean Energy implemented an independent quality assurance program that included the regular insertion of certified lithium reference materials, blank samples, and field duplicates into the sample stream. As the Company advances its 2025 program, drilling continues with step-out holes along the Valkyrie Trend and initial testing of additional lithium-bearing pegmatite targets. Assay results for these subsequent holes are pending. Sampling, Analytical Methods and QA/QC All drill core samples from the Jean Lake gold drilling program were collected as NQ-sized core. In zones of visible quartz-veining, sericite alteration, and arsenopyrite mineralization, samples were typically taken at 50 cm intervals. Outside of these zones, holes were continuously sampled at 1.5 m intervals. All core was sawn longitudinally, with one half retained on site for reference and the other half submitted for analysis. Samples were shipped to SGS Canada Inc., Burnaby, British Columbia, for sample preparation and analysis. At SGS, samples were dried at 105°C, crushed to 75% passing 2 mm, and pulverized to 85% passing 75 microns (method PRP89). Gold analyses were performed by 30 g Fire Assay with Atomic Absorption Spectrometry finish (method GE_FAA30V5) with a detection range of 5–10,000 ppb Au. Samples returning values above the upper detection limit were re-assayed by 30 g Fire Assay with Gravimetric finish (method GO_FAG30V) with a reporting range of 0.5–10,000 ppm Au. Multi-element geochemical analyses were completed using the 57-element sodium peroxide fusion ICP-AES/ICP-MS package (method GE_ICM91A50), which provides detection limits suitable for trace-level pathfinder elements such as As, Sb, and W relevant to gold mineralization. Analytical work was performed at SGS’s ISO/IEC 17025-accredited facilities, which operate under strict internal QA/QC protocols. Quality control procedures at SGS include the routine insertion of blanks, certified reference materials (standards), and duplicates at a minimum frequency of 11–12% of all analyses, depending on method and grade classification. Laboratory quality is monitored through SGS’s SLIM Laboratory Information Management System, which automatically flags data exceeding internal precision or accuracy thresholds and triggers reanalysis when necessary. Foremost’s internal QA/QC protocol includes the insertion of field duplicates, certified standards, and blanks into the sample stream at regular intervals to independently monitor analytical precision and contamination. All reported intervals represent downhole lengths, and true thicknesses have not yet been determined. The radon survey, previously announced on June 25, 2025, was conducted by RadonEx Ltd. consisting of both radon flux monitoring over land and a small radon-in-water component to test adjacent wetlands. A total of 893 data points were collected over the survey grid. The survey grid was designed to cover two potential faults which may explain the notable unconformity offset1 observed on the property (see Figure 2). (NASDAQ: FMST) (CSE: FAT) (“Foremost” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the results of its recently completed radon survey, at the Wolverine Uranium Property (“Wolverine”), located in the world-renowned Athabasca Basin region of northern Saskatchewan, approximately 15 kilometers southeast of the Cigar Lake Mine site (see Figure 1). The radon survey, previously announced on June 25, 2025, was conducted by RadonEx Ltd. consisting of both radon flux monitoring over land and a small radon-in-water component to test adjacent wetlands. A total of 893 data points were collected over the survey grid. The survey grid was designed to cover two potential faults which may explain the notable unconformity offset1 observed on the property (see Figure 2). We are eager to advance our understanding of this site and systematically unlock any significant mineral potential.” Radon Survey Results and Structural Interpretation Radon surveying is geochemical approach which leverages the relationship between radon gas emissions and the presence of subsurface uranium. As uranium decays, it produces radon gas as one of its daughter products. Because radon is a gas, it can migrate toward the surface, particularly along faults and fractures, where it can be detected and measured. Results from the radon flux monitoring identified elevated radon trends within the property, including a one-kilometer-long anomaly trending northeast and a second anomaly in the northeast portion of the grid, both of which remain open along strike (see Figure 3). To better visualize survey results, Foremost has ranked all radon flux values relative to the highest value collected during the program. The maximum value is ranked “10”, with all other results scaled accordingly. This ranked dataset highlights a pronounced NNE-trending radon anomaly that closely coincides with an interpreted structural feature on the property (see Figure 3). While the radon trend closely parallels the structure, it is slightly offset, which is expected given that the structure is interpreted from magnetics reflecting basement rocks, whereas radon values are measured at surface. This correlation suggests that the structure may be fertile and represents a compelling target for future drill programs. About the Wolverine Property Wolverine is part of Foremost’s unique collaboration with Denison Mines Corp. (TSX: DML, NYSE American: DNN) and consists of three mineral claims totaling 12,444 acres (5,036 hectares). Historic work has been conducted on Wolverine by various companies including geophysical surveys and drilling programs. Previous exploration identified uranium mineralization, including drill hole WL10-01 that intersected 2,087 ppm U over 0.1 meters2. Numerous airborne and ground-based geophysical surveys suggest a complex, structural architecture on the property. Drilling from 2011-2014 indicates up to 50m of unconformity displacement. The controlling fault is non-conductive and its precise location is uncertain. Next Steps Foremost intends to integrate the results with historical geochemical and geophysical data to refine high-priority drill targets, which could form the basis for future drill testing of the property.
