CRML Confirms Outstanding 2.96% TREO and HREO Refined Concentrate, Yielding ~40% Increase in Historical Metallurgical Test Work Results at Tanbreez

(Nasdaq: CRML) (“Critical Metals Corp.” or the “Company”), a leading critical mineral mining company, today announced that the historical metallurgical test results done by AMTEC / ALS in 2016 has been successfully replicated in the 2025 test work program undertaken at Fremantle Metallurgy laboratories, Perth, Western Australia, under the review of independent consultant Professor Tony Tang. Professor Tony Tang utilized a duplicate ore sample that was used in the original 2016 Tanbreez study. Highlights Outstanding 2.96% TREO and HREO refined concentrate Approximate 40% increase over the previous 2.1% TREO refined concentrate results. In December 2025, the Company received the initial assay reports from Fremantle Metallurgical test Work and Independent Laboratory assay confirmation by Nagrom Metallurgical, in Perth, Western Australia, under the guidance of Independent Company Consultant, Emeritus Professor Dr Tony Tang. The eudialyte and mixed-concentrate recoveries were confirmed to contain all 8 significant in-demand rare earth elements (REEs), including heavy rare earth elements (HREEs) and strategic rare metal concentrates. Using a simplified and improved flowsheet, enhanced by modern permanent magnets operating at 10,000–12,000 gauss and optimized staging, the process achieved recovery rates better than 85%. The improved results were achieved through modifications to the flowsheet in the primary magnetic separation stage. These changes enabled the recovery of all magnetic and paramagnetic materials using higher-gauss magnetic separation to more effectively reject non-magnetic material, followed by additional beneficiation and polishing stages. Reporting and Methodology Notes TREO+Y represents the sum of La₂O₃, CeO₂, Pr₂O₃, Nd₂O₃, Sm₂O₃, Eu₂O₃, Gd₂O₃, Tb₄O₇, Dy₂O₃, Ho₂O₃, Er₂O₃, Tm₂O₃, Yb₂O₃, Lu₂O₃, and Y₂O₃. HREO refers to the heavy rare earth oxide subset. A minimum reported downhole intercept width of 2 meters has been applied. Drill holes were drilled both vertically and at angles to intersect flat to shallow dipping mineralization. Vertical holes are interpreted to approximate true width. No economic weighting has been applied to the reported results. A 3,000ppm TREO+Y cut-off grade has been applied with no equivalence calculation used. “n/a” indicates the element was not analyzed. All drilling and assay results, including both higher and lower grade intervals, are reported to ensure balanced and transparent disclosure. Project Drilling Summary Plan (WGS84 zone 23N) Background Information and Assay Results As part of the Company’s ongoing QAQC program and GAP analysis, Critical Metals Corp has undertaken a comprehensive resampling and analytical review of historical drilling completed within the Hill Project area. The primary objectives of the resampling program, using existing 2010 pulp samples from the 33 diamond drill holes reported in this announcement, were to: Obtain a complete suite of relevant elemental assay; Verify the reliability of the historical dataset; Confirm assay precision across key analytes; Identify any potential systematic variance between the original and recent analytical results, and Establish a consistent and auditable geochemical analytical methodology across the Fjord Deposit, Hill Zone Deposit, Upper Fjord, and Area B (see Figure 2). The program comprised 1,014 pulp samples from diamond drill holes completed in 2010 by Rimball Pty Ltd which were re-analyzed for a complete elemental assay suite, including REE and associated elements such as gallium, niobium, tantalum, zirconium and hafnium. This work has provided an expanded dataset to support future geological, metallurgical, and resource modelling activities, together with enhanced QA/QC validation of historical assaying procedures. Due to the age of the drilling, not all original pulp samples were available for re-analysis. Overall, the resampling results demonstrated good reproducibility, with global average grades for most elements showing strong agreement with the original assays. Importantly, TREO+Y values exhibit strong correlation and precision, providing additional confidence in the integrity and reliability of the historical assay dataset. A small number of individual samples exhibited variances outside expected tolerances, which are currently being investigated. 2026 Tie-in Drilling Program - Hill Zone, Upper Fjord and Area B The Company is currently planning the 2026 field program which is likely to include additional infill drilling at the Hill Zone Deposit aimed at changing the status for the existing MRE currently inferred and indicated Mineral Resource Estimate to a Measured resource with additional infill drilling planned for 2026, (refer ASX Announcement 27 March 2025). The Company recently reported 2025 drilling results from Area B and Upper Fjord, which identified additional mineralization potential adjacent to the Hill Zone Deposit. The proposed 2026 drilling program is expected to include: Infill resource drilling at the Hill Zone Deposit; Extension and tie-in drilling between the Hill Zone, Upper Fjord and Area B; and Open-space extension drilling to further define mineralized zones between these areas. The recent and historical drilling results continue to demonstrate consistent Total Rare Earth Oxide (TREO+Y) grades and heavy rare earth oxide (HREO) proportions across drill-defined mineralized zones. Project Drilling Historical 2007- 2014 and 2024 and 2025 Summary Plan (WGS84 zone 23N) Drilling Results Comparison - 2024 and 2025 The 2024 and 2025 drilling programs were designed to test strike extensions of known mineralization and further refine the geological and mineralization models across the Lower Fjord and Upper Fjord areas. The primary objectives of the programs were to support an upgrade of the Mineral Resource Estimate and to advance subsequent mine planning studies. In 2024, a total of 13 diamond drill holes for 1,149.5 meters were completed by Critical Metals Corp. Drilling was predominantly vertical, with one angled hole designed to intersect sub-horizontal mineralized layers at true thickness in the Lower Fjord area. In addition, deep diamond drill hole K-24 was completed in the Upper Fjord area. In 2025, a total of 20 diamond drill holes for 3,430 meters were completed by Critical Metals Corp. Drilling included both vertical and angled diamond drill holes designed to intersect sub-horizontal mineralized layers extending from the Upper Fjord into the Fjord area and Targets identified at Area B. A priority target of the 2025 program was designed to extend and confirm the strong mineralization intersected in drill hole K-24 in the Upper Fjord Area, which had returned 203.2 meters at 0.48% TREO+Y (including ~27% HREO). Based on the results reported in this announcement, further drilling in Area B is being planned. The final reported results from the 2024 and 2025 drilling programs to date (13 of the 20 holes completed in 2025 reported in this announcement) demonstrate a range of Total Rare Earth Oxide (TREO+Y) grades, ranging from approximately 0.35% to 0.77% TREO+Y, with an average ~25.7% heavy rare earth oxide (HREO) composition. These results are observed across multiple vertical and deep angled drill holes spaced along the Lower and Upper Fjord areas within the kakortokite host rock and are consistent with a stratiform, laterally continuous magmatic mineralized layer. The kakortokite host rock may not always contain economic mineralization of TREO or metal oxides. Grade Summary Total Rare Earth Oxide + Yttrium (TREO+Y): ranges between approximately 0.35%–0.77%. Heavy Rare Earth Oxide (HREO) proportion: ranges between approximately 25–29% of TREO+Y. Strategic and associated elements: Gallium oxide (~98 ppm), hafnium oxide (~301 ppm), yttrium oxide (~637 ppm), and cerium oxide (~1,567 ppm) are consistently present, together with zirconium oxide (0.91%–3.4%), niobium (1,192ppm), and tantalum (91ppm). The Tanbreez deposit is classified as a peralkaline igneous Rare Earth Element (REE)–Zirconium (Zr) deposit and is hosted within the Ilímaussaq Alkaline Complex in South Greenland. Kakortokite is the dominant host rock for mineralization at Tanbreez. Kakortokite is a rhythmically layered feldspar, arfvedsonite, aegirine, and eudialyte peralkaline cumulate (red/white/black bands) rock. The primary REE-bearing mineral is eudialyte, which carries both light and heavy REEs, along with zirconium (Zr), cerium (Ce), Hafnium (Hf), niobium (Nb), and tantalum (Ta). Eudialyte has low uranium (U) and thorium (Th), making it attractive for mining. The unit is laterally persistent, with a surface footprint of approximately 5 × 2.5 km and a thickness of up to 350 m. Mineralization is integral to the host fabric (eudialyte-dominant). The kakortokite ore is stratiform (primary magmatic layering). It is also lithological constrained (strata bound) but remains genetically magmatic. Background – Fjord Deposit Drilling The 2024–2025 drilling campaign in the Fjord area has targeted confirmatory and step-out holes to: Validate historical drilling data. Refine the geological model for resource estimation. Provide material for metallurgical and environmental test work. All drill holes in this program are vertical, intersecting the sub horizontal layers at true thickness. The four holes reported here return TREO grades between ~0.48% and 0.56% with approximately 27% HREO, along with ZrO₂ values of 1.86–1.96% and gallium oxide contents of 70–100 ppm. These results are consistent with historical assays and demonstrate the persistence of grade and mineralogy across the Fjord deposit. From a deposit classification perspective, the kakortokite-hosted REE mineralisation is best described as stratiform magmatic, confined entirely to the kakortokite unit and not observed in adjacent lithologies such as lujavrite or naujaite. This strong lithological control underpins confidence in resource modelling, supports bulk mining strategies, and provides reliable input for geology domaining. Given the continuity of mineralisation over several kilometres, the Fjord deposit represents a significant portion of the overall Tanbreez mineral inventory. Ongoing drilling is expected to further delineate these resources, with pending assays from additional holes likely to extend the known mineralised envelope and refine the grade distribution. Sampling over the 2024 diamond holes was taken over kakortokite intervals above the Black Madonna lower boundary. Collar data: All collar locations, RLs, azimuths, dips, and hole lengths have been clearly presented in Table 2 of the report. Gallium Results The gallium oxide Ga2O3 mineralisation assay results ranges from low to high is 90ppm to 100ppm for of the four 2024 drillholes published to date. Drill holes that were not assayed for gallium, tantalum and niobium in 2013 will be assayed from existing pulps submitted to ALS Metallurgical in Perth for analysis in the coming months. ALS laboratories will also assay all sample for gallium for the 2024 and 2025 drill holes with results that will be published in September and October 2025. The gallium oxide results for all diamond holes published to date may add a credit to the TREO-HREO mixed concentrate. Resource Confirmation Drilling On 20 January 2025, the Company announced the REE drilling program of the 2025 diamond drilling program to be conducted over the Fjord prospect at the Tanbreez Project. The drilling program planned 16 holes with a total cumulative length of up to 2,200 m. This confirmatory drill program was designed to optimize the resource for future mine planning and to extend the notional mine life of the Tanbreez Project. Additional 2024 diamond drilling core samples have been processed for assaying with ten drill holes awaiting reporting. The results of these assays will be released once ALS laboratories in Perth complete the ICP Fusion analysis for REE, HREE and associated metal oxides, including gallium oxide, which is expected to occur by the middle of September to late October 2025. View of the Tanbreez Project and the exploration Team 2025 New Assay Results from 2010 drilling at the Hill Deposit Ten diamond drill holes that were drilled in 2010 at the upper layer of the Hill Deposit were assayed for the first time by ALS Metallurgical in June 2025 for a full suite of rare earth elements and other metals including gallium. The Company notes that the assaying of historical drill cores from the Rimbal period (2007-2013) is nearing completion, and future news flow will primarily consist of current drilling results from the 2024-2025 campaigns. The collar positions and weighted average assays for each hole are shown in tables 1 and 2. Weighting was based on the sum of drill intercept length multiplied by the assay value divided by the total length. All holes are vertical and represent true thickness of the kakortokite. The drill hole samples were used for geochemical and geotechnical analysis, with selected intervals sent to the laboratory. The company will assay the remaining sections at a later stage. The resource drilling will test extensions of the current Fjord Eudialyte Deposit to the Northeast and Southwest areas of approximately 6200 square meters above the existing Fjord Deposit (see Figures 2,7 and 8). Location of the 2010 Diamond drill holes within the Hill Deposit Gallium and Outstanding TREO and HREO identified in the upper layer The reported range of gallium oxide (Ga₂O₃) of 80 ppm to 140 ppm from the ten drill holes in the Hill Deposit is notable, particularly for a bulk-tonnage alkaline intrusive system. While not typically the primary economic driver in REE deposits, gallium at this concentration exceeds average crustal abundance (~17 ppm Ga), making it anomalous and potentially significant. It is commonly recovered as a by-product of bauxite or zinc processing, but occurrences in syenitic rocks or eudialyte-hosted REE systems are less common and commercially interesting. The gallium oxide results at this concentration may justify metallurgical evaluation for potential recovery as a minor by-product from eudialyte. If gallium is hosted within eudialyte, it may report to the eudialyte concentrate and be extractable downstream. Gallium is on multiple national critical minerals lists (e.g., EU, US, Australia), enhancing the strategic appeal of Tanbreez. These newly released deep hole results present a compelling opportunity for the Company to increase the existing MRE of 45MT @ 0.38% TREO over the Tanbreez Hill Zone and Fjord Deposit with infill and extension drilling between all historical diamond and RC drill holes (see Figure 2 and 3 and Table2). The newly released Diamond drill hole results from for DDH001-13 drilled to 51.5m, DDH003-13 drilled to 52m, DDH009-13 drilled to 64m, DDH-012-13 drilled to 80m, DDH015A-13 drilled to 72m and DDH15B-13 drilled to 40m were drilled in 2013 (see figures 4,5,6). Today’s announcement reports assay results confirm deep and highly mineralised TREO for each drill hole ranging from 0.39% to 0.47% containing 26% HREO hosted within the vast Kakortokite rock and over the maiden Fjord Deposit MRE 22.6MT @ 0.43% TREO including 26% HREO (See Table 1). The vast Kakortokite host rock of approximately 4.7 BT containing the Maiden 45MT Mineral Resource Estimate. The Company states that there is no guarantee the entire 4.7 billion tonne host contains economic Mineralisation. The drill holes results averages for TREO and HREO, from surface correlate almost identical results for TREO, HREE including metal oxides of tantalum, niobium, zirconium, hafnium and gallium to the drilling results reported in drill holes A1-24, D7-14, DX-01, DX-02 and D7-14 with average TREO 0.43% with 26.9% HREO. Drill holes DDH003-13, DDH15B-13, DDH009-13, and DDH001-13 were terminated kakortokite containing greater than 5000ppm TREO Mineralisation at the bottom of the respective drill holes (see figures 4,5,6). Drill holes DDH015A-13 and DDH012-13 were terminated in a mix zone of kakortokite and basal rock unit of Tephri-Phonolite containing less than 2000ppm TREO Mineralisation (see figures 4,5,6). Gallium Results The gallium oxide Ga2O3 mineralisation assay results range from low to high is 98ppm to 102ppm for 6 of the 10 drillholes published to date. Drill holes D306-13, DDH-15A-13, DDH 009-1 and DDH 003-13 were not assayed for gallium, tantalum and niobium in 2013 and samples from existing pulp will be submitted to ALS Metallurgical in Perth for assaying in the coming months. ALS Metallurgical will also assay existing sample pulp for gallium for the 2024 and 2025 drill holes with results that will be published in the coming months. The gallium oxide results for all diamond holes published to date may add a vital credit to the TREO-HREO mixed concentrate adding to the project’s economic status. Stratigraphic Column and New Cross Sections The Company recently published a stratigraphic cross section that was originally drafted in 2014 (by the previous sole owner Rimbal Pty Ltd) to log the stratigraphy and to estimate the potential resource at depth by outlining the thickness into the mineralised Kakortokite host rock (see Figure 3). The Company recently published a further stratigraphic cross section and today announces three new cross sections showing deep Mineralisation within the existing Fjord Deposit (MRE of 23.6MT @ 0.42 TREO) from the newly released drill hole results (see Table 2 and 3). The cross sections were generated from drill hole assay results for the drill holes DDH001-13, DDH003-13, DDH009-13, DDH012-13, DDH015A-13 and DDH15B-13 indicating the consistent grade of TREO and HREO mineralisation from surface to the bottom of each drill hole. The stratigraphic cross section was generated from drill hole assay data from drill holes DX-02 D306-13, A1-24, D7-14 and DX-01and shows consistent grade uniformly contained with the host rock over significant depth, length and width (See Figure 1). Drill Hole D7-14 angle drilled at 60⁰ east to 243m from surface and intersected high-grade rare earths mineralisation averaging: 4437.54ppm (0.44% TREO) (“including averaged heavy rare HREO of 28%”), 1.78% ZrO2 “zircon oxide” cut off at 0.5%, 83ppm Ta2O5 “tantalum pentoxide”, 1496ppm Nb2O5 “niobium pentoxide”, 351ppm HfO2 “hafnium oxide”, Mineralisation average from surface to 243m downhole See drill hole collars Table 1 and Figure 1 Table 1 Stratigraphic Diamond Holes DX-02 drilled 2010, D306-13- drilled 2013, Commenting on the assay results, Tony Sage, CEO and Executive Chairman of the Company, said: “It’s exciting to report more deep diamond drill hole results and outstanding assay results from historical deep drilling that may confirm higher tonnage potential that extends a lot deeper and wider than was originally expected for the Tanbreez Project. “After recently announcing the MRE of ~45MT of REE’S @ 0.38% and the robust economic results from the Preliminary Economic Assessment for Tanbreez declaring the NPV of $US2.8 to US$3.6 billion on a 15% and 12.5% discount and an IRR of 180% before tax we are assembling a highly experienced team and moving quickly to the next major milestone measuring the true potential of the Tanbreez Project that is gaining significant interest from Western Governments. “The team is now planning resource drilling to extend and grow the vast Tanbreez resource and mobilizing crew to Greenland in preparation for a series of exploration, mining and engineering surveys working closely with the Greenland Government and stakeholders in country which is now underway.” Deep Drill Hole Results The Company believes that the new deep hole results presents a compelling opportunity for the Company to increase the existing S-K 1300 report for the Tanbreez Project of 45MT (consisting of 19.5 million metric tonnes of inferred resource and 25.4 million metric tonnes of indicated resource) containing 0.38% REE over the Tanbreez Hill Zone and Fjord Deposit with infill and extension drilling between all historical diamond and RC drill holes (News Release reported on 17 March 2025, see Figure 2 and 3 and Table2). Diamond drill holes DX-02 and D306-13 were drilled at significant depth for stratigraphic and mineralogical studies. Today’s announcement reports assay results confirming deep highly mineralised TREO for each drill hole averaging 0.42% containing 24% HREE and 0.47% containing 28% HREE to depths of 195m and 328m for each drill hole contained within the vast Kakortokite 4.7 BT host rock, (See Table 1). The Company states that there is no guarantee the entire 4.7billion tonne host contains economic mineralization. Both drill holes DX-02 and D306-13 results of contained average TREO of 0.45% including 26% HREE are almost identical for TREO, HREE and metal oxides including tantalum, niobium, zirconium, hafnium and gallium to the drilling results reported in drill holes A1-24, D7-14 and DX-01 with average TREO 0.43% with 26.9% HREE. Drill holes A1-24, DX-01 and DX-02 were terminated into the basal rock unit in a Tephri -Phonolite named Black Madona that contained only background mineralisation. Drillholes D7-14 and D-306-13 was terminated within mineralisation and further drilling will be required to confirm the true thickness beyond the 243m and 328m respectively. Drill hole K-24 was drilled in December 2024 for confirmation deep drilling to 247m depth with assay results expected in late May 2025. Gallium Results Drillhole DX-02 contained 98ppm average gallium oxide, Ga2O3 mineralization from surface to 195m. Drill hole D306-13 was not assayed for gallium, tantalum and niobium in 2013 and a new sample from existing pulp will be submitted to ALS Metallurgical in Perth in the coming month. ALS Metallurgical will also assay existing sample pulp for gallium for the 2024 drill hole K-24, D306-14 and D7-014 with results that will be published in the coming months. A direct correlation of average grades and consistency exists over considerable strike of approximately 2300m, at and at depth for bottom of hole DX-01 with an approximate width of 370m, (see figure 1 and 2). Hence the correlation for the or gallium oxide mineralization results from DX-02 at 98ppm Ga2O3 to the diamond holes results for A1-24 and DX-01 reported 28 March 2025 were 101.7ppm and 102.2ppm respectively, may add a vital oxide credit to the TREO-HREO mixed concentrate adding to the project’s economic status. Low Uranium Thorium Results The uranium and thorium assays average for drill hole DX-02 is 18.67ppm and 55.3ppm respectively from surface to 195m. In drill hole D306-13 the Company has submitted pulp sample for assaying uranium and thorium for the first time and will publish results when they become available. The uranium and thorium results for DX-02 correlate directly with drill hole results DX-01, A1-24 and D7-14 showing levels for combined uranium and thorium well below 80ppm indicating the homogenic nature for the Tanbreez Deposit (News Release 17 March 2025). The lengths between drill holes is approximately 1300 metres with a total distance from A1-24 to DX-02 of approximately 2320m in a straight line 1037m with a width of 372m width between DX-02 and D306-13. Stratigraphic Column The Company recently published stratigraphic cross section was originally drafted in 2014 (by the previous owner Rimbal P/L) to log the stratigraphy and to estimate the potential resource at depth by outlining the thickness into the mineralised Kakortokite host rock (see Figure 2). The Company has now published a further stratigraphic cross section showing deep mineralization existing over 2.3km section from drill hole A1-24 to DX-02. The cross section and drill hole assay results for the new drill hole data from DX-02 and D306-13 in conjunction with drill hole results from A1-24, D7-14 and DX-01, clearly indicates the distribution of continuous TREO, HREO and metal oxide mineralization and the potential for the Company to increasing the existing MRE for the Tanbreez Project. The drill hole results for the reported drill holes to date have a consistent average grade of mineralisation for TREO of approximately 0.45% and containing an average 26% HREO for the 4 deep holes and shallower hole A1-24 spanning approximately 2300m length and 372m width with and significant depth of 338m. The approximate dimensions between reference points from B-D between drillholes DX-01 and D306-13 is 1300m in length and 372m width. The Mineral Resource Estimate for the Fjord and Hill Zone Deposits and drillhole intersections projects the current and potential mineralization through the kakortokite host rock. Resource Extension - Infill Drilling The Company has applied to the Greenland MSLA for a Program of Works for the 2025 resource drilling programs targeting the increase to the current inferred and indicated 45MT MRE and extending the size of the Tanbreez Fjord and Hill Zone Deposits. The applications with Greenland authorities are well advanced and the Company is preparing the 2025 field season with drilling and exploration teams preparing for mobilization in mid-to late June. S-K 1300 Estimate Summary Table 2: 2016 MRE for Inferred and Indicated Resource Estimate The Company recently announced its S-K 1300 for the Tanbreez Project of 45MT containing 0.38% TREO including 27% contained HREO plus rare metal oxides (see News Release 17 March 2025 and Table 2 and Figure 4). The first stage of the priority resource drilling program will target the Fjord Deposit containing the 23 MT MRE footprint by extending drilling further to the north of the 16-diamond hole program from 2024. The average target depth will be 40-50m drilling through the mineralized kakortokite bearing REE and metal oxides and 5m into the basal unit sanitizing mineralization from the uneconomic grade phonolite tephry phonolite unit. Confirmation 2025 drilling will commence depending on satisfactory drill results from the 2024 program with the remaining 15 holes reporting due shortly. The second stage of the priority resource drilling program will target the Hill Zone Deposit containing 22MT MRE area by infilling drill lines between D306 -13 and DX-01 and DX-02 and DX-01 on the east to west margins over the current MRE footprint. The target depth will be limited to 150m targeting continuous mineralization to defined depth establishing a re-categorisation of inferred to indicated resource upgrade.   Figure 4 The Tanbreez Fjord and the Tanbreez Hill rare-earth mineral sites are hosted within a Kakortokite unit covering an area of approximately 5km x 2.5km, estimated at 4.7 billion tonnes of Kakortokite this does not indicate any certainty of hosting mineralisation Next Steps The Company is currently re-assaying historical pulps stored in Perth and Greenland from some of the existing 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2024 drill, rock chip and bulk sampling for confirmation and check assay reconciliation. The pulp will be analysed by ALS Metallurgical Laboratory in Perth Western Australia and the results will be published when they become available. The Company continues evaluating all available data from the previous owner’s data base and will publish results upon third party and in-house consultation. The Company has engaged an Independent Resource Consultant who will report on the 2025 Resource Drilling and Resource Upgrade with the potential of increasing the current 45MT MRE if economic mineralization is discovered on the extension resource drill program. The Company is currently negotiating the engagement for suitable Feasibility Study Partners as a result publishing the Tanbreez Preliminary Economic Assessment with a robust financial outcome declaring a Net Present Value (NPV) of U$2.8 ~ U$3.6 billion at discount rate of 15% and 12.5% and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 180% before Tax.
