Fourth-quarter utility-project ramp • 2027-01-21

Biggest risk

Q3 revenue of $235.9 million missed the approximately $240.4 million consensus, organic utility-water sales remained down year over year, and electronics costs may pressure margins. The strong post-print rally raises the bar for Q4 delivery. [#SEC-8K-2026-10-22] Investing.com earnings data

What would change my mind?

Q3 EPS of $1.24 edged a $1.23 consensus estimate while operating margin improved 60 basis points year over year. If awarded utility projects ramp as management expects, Q4 Base-revenue growth could validate the recovery. [#SEC-8K-2026-10-22] Investing.com earnings data
