Biggest risk

FY2026 still recorded a GAAP net loss despite non-GAAP EPS of $1.00. Acquisition, integration and restructuring charges may materially affect GAAP results, and a slowdown in the growth markets identified by management would challenge the current outlook. [#SEC-8K-2026-08-05]

What would change my mind?

Fiscal Q4 revenue rose 52.5% year over year, Network and Service Enablement revenue rose 69.2%, and non-GAAP operating margin reached 24.0%. Fiscal Q1 guidance implies further sequential revenue growth if delivered. [#SEC-8K-2026-08-05]

Commentary

The company release supports a positive operating read, but the packet lacks current analyst revisions and reliable recent news or social coverage. A stored Zacks article reported a 17.2% share decline in the month after Q4 results; that is secondary, dated context, not a verified current price reaction. The $33.38 October 16 anchor supersedes that historical framing. [#PR-EARNINGS-2026-09-04]

2027-06-30
Management identified data-center and aerospace-and-defense diversification as FY2026 growth drivers and expects the strategy to support growth for several more quarters. Sustained demand could support Network and Service Enablement after its 69.2% year-over-year Q4 revenue growth; the duration remains unproven. [#SEC-8K-2026-08-05]
